In case you did not know it by now, we have 2 new members to the family. Tuffy gave birth to 3 beautiful kittens. Unfortunately one did not manage to survive past a couple of days. It was found trapped under the nest box. Not sure how it got there in the first place. But like I been telling myself,' the loss of one, is a better chance at living for the other 2'. The 2 surviving pups are growing so fast it is crazy. It was like a week ago they were pink hairless little creatures...
But now they have grown so much and changed so much...
You can view more of their pics in the sidebar.

After all that time and money, Sunny finally passed his vehicle inspection!
After some invaluable help from the good people at Nissan,Sunny made it. But like the people there told me, it is rather pointless to upkeep a car as old as Sunny. The money I spent this month on repairs would have been enough for the installments of a new car for 4 to 5 months. After evaluation, Sunny may need more extensive repairs down the line that may ammount to thousands of dollars.
So from now on I will be actively looking for a new car. KIA seems to have some sweet deals. $99 a month for a Picanto,Rio or Cerato

Scruffy is still undergoing treatment for his legs conditions, and seems to be steadily putting on weight. Tuffy is doing well too. But she has the added burden of getting healthy as well as to wean 2 pups. And she seems to be juggling those responsibilities rather well.

Still have about $70 bucks to spend of my flexi-benefits this year. Agnes has been lobbying for me to buy a pair of shoes. So just wait and see. I sense some wanderlust though...

After the vehicle inspection comes the vehicle insurance and the road tax renewal. sigh.

Went down to Prudential to surrender my Pru-Link policy. So $39,000 is coming back my way. It was becoming a fiasco the way things were going. And I would have lost a substantial amount of moolah had I not intervened in time. Worst thing was my bitch of a 'financial advisor' had not even done anything to resolve the situation. She has not kept any of our appointments for nearly 2 years. So basically all she been doing is earning money off me as she goes around soliciting new customers. sick!

Things I want:
1) a new car
2) a safety door for my room door. I have to keep the door closed at all times because of the cats. So not much fresh air comes in. A safety door would go some way to alleviate the problem.
3) A set of Creative speakers for my Zen
4)A set of front row tickets for me and my dear to go see Jay Chou's concert in Singapore.
5) new clothes for Eggy
6) new shirts. seem all of mine either have holes.... missing buttons...or fading colour runs.
7) a nice holiday with my dear wife before she starts work.
8) a nice, cosy home to call our own
9) R-E-S-P-E-C-T

2 weeks since my birthday, and someone has still not wished me. Funny how marriage and a kid can change a person.

Watched Lust, Caution the other day. The R21 version no less.Besides the much hyped sex scenes nothing much stood out. definitely not Ang Lee's (or is it Lee Ang?) best work. Tang Wei is believable as the female protagonist. I see a bright future ahead for the belle. But please... shave your underarm hair!
