Mosarella and Cheese

Joyce wanted to borrow my discman and my cd radio. So she came down to meet me at the office to pick them up. Too bad by then everyone had left. I know a few people who are dying to see Joyce after so long.

We both then drove to Sembawang Shopping Centre. I had wanted to try the new Mosarella and Cheese burger they had been hyping. We chatted about the events of the last few days and the days to come. It turns out that Joyce is going on a retreat tomorrow til Tuesday. More like like going into seclusion! She was gonna go somewhere where she could be alone away from everyone and everything. Shades of Lyn here. It is going to be a time of contemplation and self -appraisal. She is going to examine the events of the last few years, consider her direction in life and make decisions concerning her future. I guess she needs closure on this chapter in her life. She did not say where she was going. I just hope she finds what she is looking for while she is there....
